Lemon Pepper Compound Butter

Pairs well with almost any roasted vegetable or grilled meat. Featuring Sylvia’s lemon pepper seasoning, butter, shallot, garlic and fresh parsley. Use to finish a grilled steak, melt it and dip your bread into it, put it on top of your vegetables before roasting, or even place on top of cooked pasta before grating in a healthy helping of cheese.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Cup Butter
  • 1 Tablespoon Sylvia’s Lemon Pepper Seasoning
  • 1 Tablespoon Chopped Parsley
  • 2 Cloves Garlic Grated or Minced
  • 1 Tablespoon Finely Chopped Shallot

Instructions
 

  • Using a mixer, whip the butter until fluffy.
  • Add in the remaining ingredients and whip to combine.
  • Spoon the prepared butter onto a piece of plastic wrap, forming a log
  • Wrap the log tightly and refrigerate or freeze until ready to use.
