Spinach & Three Cheese Stuffed Pasta Shells

Pasta stuffed with cheese, need I say more? Spinach and three cheese stuffed pasta shells bathing in a simple yet delicious tomato sauce and baked to perfection. Garnish with fresh basil and cheese.

Spinach & Three Cheese Stuffed Pasta Shells

Ingredients
  

Stuffed Shells

  • 10 Davinci Pasta Shells
  • 1 Cup Ricotta Cheese
  • 1 Cup Finely Grated Provolone Cheese (2.5 Ounces)
  • 1/2 Cup Finely Grated Parmesan (2.5 Ounces)
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 Large Egg Beaten
  • 2 Whole Cloves garlic Pressed
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Spinach
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt Season to Your Taste
  • Chopped Basil & Additional Cheese for Garnish.

Tomato Sauce

  • 12 Ounces Tomato Sauce or Crushed Tomatoes
  • 2 Tablespoons olive oil
  • Season with Salt and Pepper to Your Tastes

Instructions
 

  • Boil the pasta shells in water for 4-5 minutes until al dente, strain off water and set aside. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients together for the filling, and pipe the filling into the shells. Prepare the sauce by adding olive oil, seasoning with salt and pepper, and pour the sauce into a 9”x9” baking dish before adding the filled shells into the dish with the prepared tomato sauce. Garnish with cheese and basil. Bake at 350 Degrees for 20 Minutes.
