Add the chopped parsley, 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, two cloves garic and 1/2 sour cream to the bowl.
Season 1 1/4 cups of vegetable broth with 1/2 teaspoon salt and pour it over the bowl containing the remaining ingredients. Stir together to combine.
Place the prepared stuffing in an oven safe baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 Minutes
