Boil the pasta shells in water for 4-5 minutes until al dente, strain off water and set aside. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients together for the filling, and pipe the filling into the shells. Prepare the sauce by adding olive oil, seasoning with salt and pepper, and pour the sauce into a 9”x9” baking dish before adding the filled shells into the dish with the prepared tomato sauce. Garnish with cheese and basil. Bake at 350 Degrees for 20 Minutes.
