Grilled Lemon Pepper Chicken
Ingredients
- 2 pounds chicken thighs boneless, skinless
- 2 ½ teaspoons McCormick’s lemon pepper seasoning.
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
- 2 fluid ounces oil
- ½ lemon
Instructions
- Season the chicken thighs with lemon pepper seasoning, garlic and parsley. Place the chicken in a zipper sealed bag or a bowl with a lid and coat with ¼ cup oil. Marinate the chicken in the refrigerator for 2-4 hours.
- Preheat a grill to medium high heat. Place the lemon cut-side-down onto the grill. Grill the chicken on both sides until it reaches an internal temperature of 170-175 degrees. Remove the chicken and lemon from heat. And let rest 5 minutes before serving. Squeeze the grilled lemon over the grilled chicken and serve warm. Recipe can be halved for smaller portions
