Lemon Pepper Compound Butter
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Butter
- 1 Tablespoon Sylvia’s Lemon Pepper Seasoning
- 1 Tablespoon Chopped Parsley
- 2 Cloves Garlic Grated or Minced
- 1 Tablespoon Finely Chopped Shallot
Instructions
- Using a mixer, whip the butter until fluffy.
- Add in the remaining ingredients and whip to combine.
- Spoon the prepared butter onto a piece of plastic wrap, forming a log
- Wrap the log tightly and refrigerate or freeze until ready to use.
