Roasted Garlic Hummus
Ingredients
- 1 Can Garbanzo Beans (Strained) Also known as chickpeas
- 1/4 Cup Sesame Seeds
- 3 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- 1 Teaspoon Sesame Oil
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 4 Cloves Roasted Garlic
- 2 Tablespoons olive oil Additional for garnish
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
Instructions
- If you have a super powerful blender you can place all the ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth. If your blender struggles to puree, combine all the ingredients except the garbanzo beans and blend until smooth before adding the beans.
