Sylvia’s Air-Fried Salmon

Make Sylvia’s fried fish from the comfort of your own home, without a trip to Harlem. Instead of frying the fish in oil, use the air-fryer or oven to bake the fish to crispy perfection. A healthy alternative, without sacrificing the cravable taste and texture of traditional fried fish . Serve it with homemade fennel tartar sauce.
