Mixed Vegetable Artichoke Dip

Artichoke Dip

  • 1 Package Cream Cheese 8oz
  • 2/3 Cup Hellmann's Mayonnaise 5oz
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream 8oz
  • 1 Package Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix
  • 1 Can Reese Artichoke Hearts Chopped
  • 4 Ounces Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
  • Fresh Parsley Garnish


  • With a hand or stand mixer, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, and cream cheese. Whipping until smooth, and no clumps remain.
  • Add in the Knorr Vegetable mix and whip until combined.
  • Fold in the chopped artichoke hearts and monterey jack cheese. (Reserve a little cheese to use as a garnish)
  • Place in an oven preheated to 350 degrees. Bake for 25 Minutes, or until the top begins to brown.
  • To serve cold, without baking, let the dip set in the refrigerator for at least two hours before serving.
