Artichoke Dip
Ingredients
- 1 Package Cream Cheese 8oz
- 2/3 Cup Hellmann's Mayonnaise 5oz
- 1 Cup Sour Cream 8oz
- 1 Package Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix
- 1 Can Reese Artichoke Hearts Chopped
- 4 Ounces Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
- Fresh Parsley Garnish
Instructions
- With a hand or stand mixer, combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, and cream cheese. Whipping until smooth, and no clumps remain.
- Add in the Knorr Vegetable mix and whip until combined.
- Fold in the chopped artichoke hearts and monterey jack cheese. (Reserve a little cheese to use as a garnish)
- Place in an oven preheated to 350 degrees. Bake for 25 Minutes, or until the top begins to brown.
- To serve cold, without baking, let the dip set in the refrigerator for at least two hours before serving.
